Standardized Annealed Copper Coils (15m) for Refrigeration & Air Conditioning. Manufactured to ASTM B280 & JIS H3300.
Annealed for maximum pliability. Allows for precise manual bending and flaring in tight spaces without kinking or work-hardening.
Phosphorus Deoxidized Copper (Alloy C12200). High thermal conductivity with superior corrosion resistance in humid environments.
Nitrogen purged and sealed. Meets strict residue limits to prevent blockage in capillary tubes and expansion valves.

Installation Guidelines
For high-pressure refrigerants, we explicitly recommend using 15% silver solder. This ensures joint strength matches the increased operating pressures.
Test pressure for piping installations must not exceed 1.5 times the safe working pressure.
Quality Assurance
Every coil is cleaned to a limit of 0.038 g/m² to prevent capillary blockage and protect compressors.
100% electronic testing via the Eddy Current method (ASTM E 243) to guarantee leak-free integrity.
