ALLIED Group of Companies incorporate since 1989 started with Allied Foam Insulation Sdn Bhd ventured into Pre-Insulation Pipe and trading of HVAC parts. Our key strengths is manufacturing of Polyurethane (PU) Pre-Insulated pipes, Wholesales HVAC and Refrigerator Products, Building Materials, Import & Export Trading on Copper, Stainless Steel, Metal Sheets or coils mainly cater for domestic demand of respective high rise building, hospitals and complexes.
Over 31 years since its establishment, Allied has expanded its geographical strategic locations from Puchong, Selangor to Northern and Central regions of Malaysia. In response to growing competition, Allied had 1 warehouses with 5 subsidiaries company and 1 associate company with 3 subsidiaries company throughout Malaysia.
Since its inception in 1989, Allied had committed to creating long-term shareholders’ value by delivering sustainable and profitable growth. Our corporate journey over the past years has been quite an adventure, some time smooth sailing, other time stormy. With the dedication and determination for the past year records, Allied has known as competitive and sustainable company in the market.

- Founder of Grand Oriental Group of Companies, with more than 40 year experience in the business of industry hardware supplies of M & E products, particularly in the field of heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, refrigeration (HVACR). A mechanical based businessman, who started his career as a mechanic, salesman and later on, own business by incorporating a small trading company, Grand Oriental Enterprise supplying parts and accessories. Today, his group of companies has covered both the northern and southern region market of Malaysia.
- In anticipation of robust growth of economy and property market, in 1989, Mr. Tan incorporated Allied Foam Insulation Sdn Bhd to undertake manufacturing of Polyurethane (PU) Pre-Insulated pipes and related insulated materials, mainly cater for domestic demand of respective high rise buildings, hospitals, shopping complexes, building constructions and etc. After 15 years of industry experiences, Mr. Tan further expanded his business into industry supplies of hardware, among which, included pipes (API, Carbon Steel, PVC and etc.), steel and metal sheets or coils (Hot Rolls, Cold Rolls, EG, GI and etc.), stainless steels (pipes and sheets), fittings (copper, ductile iron, PVC, s/steel, brass and etc.), valves, flanges and etc. This formed a number of companies under Allied Group.
- Tan is acknowledged as a risk adverse but visionary leader within the industry. Allied and Grand Oriental Group of companies, through his helms-man ship, has evolved into a truly integrated manufacturing and trading companies with great potential of opportunity to grow, with its competitive resources, such as staff competence and capabilities.
