ALLIED Group of Companies incorporate since 1989 started with Allied Foam Insulation Sdn Bhd ventured into Pre-Insulation Pipe and trading of HVAC parts. Our key strengths is manufacturing of Polyurethane (PU) Pre-Insulated pipes, Wholesales HVAC and Refrigerator Products, Building Materials, Import & Export Trading on Copper, Stainless Steel, Metal Sheets or coils mainly cater for domestic demand of respective high rise building, hospitals and complexes.
Over 31 years since its establishment, Allied has expanded its geographical strategic locations from Puchong, Selangor to Northern and Central regions of Malaysia. In response to growing competition, Allied had 1 warehouses with 5 subsidiaries company and 1 associate company with 3 subsidiaries company throughout Malaysia.
Since its inception in 1989, Allied had committed to creating long-term shareholders’ value by delivering sustainable and profitable growth. Our corporate journey over the past years has been quite an adventure, some time smooth sailing, other time stormy. 40+ years in HVACR industryFounder of Grand Oriental Group of Companies, with more than 40 years of experience in industry hardware supplies of M&E products, particularly in heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and refrigeration (HVACR). A mechanical-based businessman who started his career as a mechanic, then a salesman, and later incorporated Grand Oriental Enterprise, a small trading company supplying parts and accessories.
In anticipation of economic and property market growth, in 1989 Mr. Tan incorporated Allied Foam Insulation Sdn Bhd to manufacture Polyurethane (PU) pre-insulated pipes and related materials. After 15 years of industry experience, he expanded into hardware supply including pipes, steel, stainless steel, fittings, valves, and flanges.
Recognized as a risk-averse yet visionary leader, Tan serves on the Board of Directors for both Allied and Grand Oriental Group, overseeing operations across northern and southern Malaysia.
