We offer a comprehensive inventory ranging from standard API 5L (Grades B through X70) to the ultra-high-strength API 5LU(Grades X80 and X100) specifications specifically covers “Ultra High Test Heat Treated Line Pipe,” offering superior strength and tighter manufacturing tolerances.

Available Grades We provide a comprehensive range of material grades to match specific pressure ratings:

• Standard (API 5L): Grade B, X42, X46, X52, X56, X60, X65, X70.

• Ultra High Test (API 5LU): Grade X80, Grade X100.

Key Differences in Tolerance Our manufacturing process respects the distinct tolerance requirements for each standard:

• Wall Thickness:

  • API 5L: -12.5% tolerance (Seamless & Welded).

  • API 5LU: Stricter tolerance of -10.0% (Seamless & Welded).

• Weight Tolerance:

  • API 5L: -3.5% (Carload lots).

  • API 5LU: -1.75% (Carload lots).

Mechanical Properties (High Strength Examples)

• API 5LU Grade X80: Yield Strength 551 MPa (min) / Tensile Strength 620-862 MPa.
